It is also ideal for patients who already feel confident about proceeding and are ready to take the next step toward scheduling their procedure.

- Receive an estimated graft range and expected cost (Final medical evaluation is always completed by Dr. Reyes during an in-person consultation)

- Prepare emotionally and practically for the next steps
- Meet the international department team who will assist you from beginning to end

The Free Orientation is an informational session with one of our clinic specialists. It is ideal for patients who are exploring their options, feeling unsure, or already considering a hair transplant and want initial guidance. During this session, you can review your goals, share photos, understand treatment possibilities, and receive an estimated graft range and cost.
A Consultation with Dr. Reyes is a full medical evaluation.
Dr. Reyes performs consultations for:

- Patients seeking non-surgical treatments
- Patients who prefer to meet with Dr. Reyes before deciding
During this consultation, she analyzes your scalp, hair characteristics, and medical history and designs a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Our virtual assistant helps personalize your experience. Once your chat ends, a member of our team will follow up with you within 48 business hours with details and instructions.

Yes. We offer both virtual and in-person orientations and consultations to accommodate international and local patients.
Yes. Every procedure is performed exclusively by Dr. Reyes. We do not delegate surgical steps to technicians.

Most orientations last about 1 hour, but we do not set time limits. We are here to support you for as long as you need.
