Scheduling, Deposits, and Payments

To reserve a specific procedure date, our clinic requires a deposit. This deposit confirms the patient’s commitment and allows time to organize travel arrangements and personal obligations prior to surgery.

Because scheduling a procedure reserves that date exclusively, we kindly ask patients to notify our team as early as possible if a change becomes necessary. Schedule adjustments can generally be accommodated when requests are made at least seven days in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable unless a verified medical condition prevents the patient from safely undergoing the procedure.

Pricing Options

Layaway style method

Our layaway payment option allows patients to pay for their hair restoration procedure gradually before their scheduled surgery date. Instead of paying the full amount upfront, patients may make smaller scheduled payments over time.

This option is particularly helpful for individuals who wish to secure a procedure date with Dr. Reyes while planning their finances in a manageable way. With the layaway plan, the total balance is divided into flexible installments that can be completed according to the patient’s preferred timeline.

The full balance must be paid no later than one day prior to the scheduled procedure.

Financing
